Privacy: nothing leaves your device

In short: Tubomix has no account, no cookies, no advertising and no tracking. Everything is computed in your browser. Your tubes, your mixes, your photos and your notes stay on your device.

What stays on your device

Your box of tubes, your palette, your notebook and your settings are saved in your browser’s own storage on this device, so that you find them again next time. We never receive them. Photos you open to pick a colour are read by your browser and never uploaded.

To delete everything, clear this site’s data in your browser settings (“site data” or “website data” for tubomix.eu). Export your notebook first if you want to keep it: once deleted, it cannot be recovered, because we do not have a copy.

What the server sees

Like every website, the server that sends you the pages (our host, Hostinger) records technical logs: the address of the page asked for, the time, your IP address and the name of your browser. We use these logs only to count visits and to fix faults. They are kept by the host for a limited period and are not used to profile anyone. There is no other measurement of audience.

Links and QR cards

When you share a recipe as a link or a QR card, the recipe is written inside the link itself. Whoever has the link can read it; nothing is stored on our side.

The “Report” button

The “Report” button opens your own e-mail app with a message already written: the page, the language, your browser, your screen size and, on the palette, your box and the recipe. You see the whole message and can change or delete anything before sending. If you send it, we use it only to answer you and fix the problem.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you (in practice: only the e-mails you sent us), and have it corrected or deleted. Write to contact@tubomix.eu. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
